KP Evolutions, a pioneer in the audio/video and technology industry, embarked on an ambitious journey to launch its wireless internet service, KP Internet. Aimed at revolutionizing the rural internet market, they faced the dual challenge of educating their target audience about this new offering and rapidly scaling their business.

Surging Demand Necessitated Rapid Expansion of the Sales Team.

As the shelter-in-place orders were implemented, KP Internet witnessed a significant surge in demand. This unforeseen rise presented KP Evolutions with a multifaceted challenge: not only did they need to scale their operations rapidly to meet the growing demand, but they also had to effectively manage an expanding sales team amidst these changes. 

Additionally, ensuring the maintenance of high service quality during this period of rapid growth and transition became a critical focus for the company, as they strived to provide uninterrupted and reliable service to an increasingly large customer base.

Optimized Sales Processes and Automated Systems within HubSpot.

In response to these challenges, our strategy involved a thorough optimization of KP Evolutions' sales processes, paired with the implementation of automated lead routing and management systems through HubSpot. This approach was carefully designed to enhance the efficiency of their sales operations, allowing for a more streamlined and effective handling of incoming leads and customer inquiries. 

The automation of these critical processes not only facilitated a quicker response to the burgeoning demand but also ensured consistency and reliability in customer engagement. As a result, KP Evolutions was better equipped to manage the surge in demand without compromising on their service quality, maintaining their commitment to high standards even in the face of rapid growth and increased market pressure.

KP Evolutions experienced unparalleled growth in both customer base and revenue.

In just 10 short months KP Internet, as a service, went from zero clients to 1000+ and nearly 1.7 million dollars annual recurring revenue.

During a 6-week period starting in March, we helped them generate 400 new clients. That’s 3-4X their normal monthly client acquisition rate.

 

Landing Page Traffic:

Landing page views have increased overall by 400% since January 2020.
